- 115 L Granule Container Large-capacity hopper supports 80 kg payload, reducing refill frequency during high-throughput broad-acre spreading operations.
- Up to 300 kg/min Spread Rate Maximum spread rate of 300 kg/min with a 9 m effective spread width, delivering higher throughput than XAG's non-Max P150 RevoCast configuration (280 kg/min, 8 m).
- Screw Feeder M Metering System Medium-class auger controls granule mass flow from hopper to broadcast mechanism, maintaining consistent application rate across variable flight speeds and field conditions.
- Vertical Waving Broadcast Mechanism XAG's described broadcast design delivers uniform, powerful, and precise distribution across each pass, minimizing streaking or banding in the applied material.
- Wide Material Compatibility Screw feeder system handles fertilizer prills, seeds, and similar granular inputs up to 10 mm in size, enabling multi-task use across different seasonal inputs.
- P150 Max Ecosystem Integration Mounts directly on the XAG P150 Max heavy-lift airframe, leveraging the platform's RTK precision, 4D radar obstacle detection, and autonomous field mission capabilities.
Description
The XAG P150 Max RevoCast 5 with Screw Feeder M is a granular spreading payload configuration designed to transform the P150 Max heavy-lift drone into a high-throughput aerial spreader for fertilizers, seeds, and similar granular agricultural inputs. XAG's RevoCast 5 system supports a 115-liter granule container, an 80 kg payload rating, and a maximum spread rate of up to 300 kg/min, with an effective spread width of 9 m. The Screw Feeder M designation refers to a medium-class auger metering system that controls mass flow from the hopper to the broadcast mechanism, supporting consistent application across varying materials and flight speeds. XAG describes the screw feeder approach as capable of handling seeds and fertilizers up to 10 mm in size.
The RevoCast 5 broadcast mechanism is described by XAG as a vertical waving broadcast design intended to deliver uniform, powerful, and precise distribution across each pass, reducing streaking and banding in the field. Compared to XAG's non-Max P150 spreading figures of up to 280 kg/min and 8 m spread width, the RevoCast 5 on the P150 Max platform is positioned for higher throughput and wider effective spread, making it well-suited to time-sensitive large-area fertilizer broadcasting, aerial seeding, and other granular input distribution tasks where ground equipment access is limited by soil conditions or terrain.

Frequently Asked Questions
The XAG P150 Max is priced at CHF 2,070 in your market. For volume or project orders, contact us for a business quote.
It is a granular spreading payload module for the XAG P150 Max drone, designed for aerial broadcasting of fertilizers, seeds, cover crop material, and similar granular agricultural inputs. With a 115 L hopper and up to 300 kg/min spread rate across a 9 m effective width, it is built for high-throughput broad-acre operations.
The Screw Feeder M is a medium-class auger metering system that controls the mass flow of granular material from the hopper to the broadcast mechanism. It supports consistent application rates across different materials — including seeds and fertilizer prills up to 10 mm in size — and adapts to variable flight speeds and terrain conditions.
The RevoCast 5 with Screw Feeder M is suited for commercial agriculture operations including large-scale granular fertilizer broadcasting, aerial seeding (cover crops, pasture renovation, direct seeding), and material distribution in fields where ground equipment access is restricted by soil conditions, crop stage, or terrain.
