- Techman TM12 Arm The collaborative arm is rated for a 12 kg payload and reaches 1,300 mm.
- Low, Long Platform The mobile platform alone measures 700 x 950 x 810 mm, with the arm rising above that height.
- Three-Finger Hand Option The optional Allegro Hand V5 has three fingers, 9 active degrees of freedom and a pressure sensor.
- Omnidirectional Movement Two 6-inch urethane driving wheels and four sub wheels give the mecanum base omnidirectional movement for positioning in confined workspaces.
- Station Accuracy Stop accuracy is ±10 mm, and docking at a station brings it to ±1 mm for work that needs fine, repeatable positioning.
- 1 to 1.5 Hour Charging The Li-ion DC 50 V / 50 Ah battery recharges automatically or manually in about 1 to 1.5 hours, with a SWAP system for battery exchange.
- 100 kg Platform Rating The mobile platform is rated for 100 kg with the manipulator fitted, a figure separate from the arm's 12 kg.
Description
The Wonik WR-AMMR12-3F is the 12 kg Techman model in the WR-AMMR range: a Techman TM12 collaborative arm with a 1,300 mm reach, mounted on the low WR-AMR mobile platform. It navigates by SLAM and moves on mecanum wheels, combining transport between stations with handling once it arrives. Wonik Robotics rates it for 5 hours of operation, with real endurance depending on load and duty cycle.
Compared with the WR-AMMR05-3F, it keeps the same arm maker and the same three-finger Allegro Hand V5 as its end effector option, but more than doubles the arm payload, from 5 kg to 12 kg. The platform changes shape as well: 700 x 950 x 810 mm, lower and longer than the 654 x 700 x 1,470 mm body of the 5 kg models. It also charges faster, at about 1 to 1.5 hours against about 2 to 2.5 hours.
Its direct alternative is the WR-AMMR12-4F, which shares the 12 kg rating, the platform dimensions and the charge time. That model uses a Neuromeka Nuri12 arm with 1,434 mm of reach and offers the four-finger V5 Plus hand, so the choice comes down to the arm you prefer, the extra reach and the grasp your parts need.
Wonik Robotics designs the AMMR range for material transport, assembly, palletizing and machine tending, and 12 kg brings heavier parts into scope than the 5 kg models can manage. Remember that 810 mm is the height of the mobile platform only: with the TM12 mounted, the overall height and envelope are greater and are confirmed at quote. The 100 kg payload also belongs to the platform with the manipulator fitted, not to the arm.
Key Capabilities
- Techman TM12 Arm: The collaborative arm is rated for a 12 kg payload and reaches 1,300 mm.
- Low, Long Platform: The mobile platform alone measures 700 x 950 x 810 mm, with the arm rising above that height.
- Three-Finger Hand Option: The optional Allegro Hand V5 has three fingers, 9 active degrees of freedom and a pressure sensor.
- Omnidirectional Movement: Two 6-inch urethane driving wheels and four sub wheels give the mecanum base omnidirectional movement for positioning in confined workspaces.
- Station Accuracy: Stop accuracy is ±10 mm, and docking at a station brings it to ±1 mm for work that needs fine, repeatable positioning.
- 1 to 1.5 Hour Charging: The Li-ion DC 50 V / 50 Ah battery recharges automatically or manually in about 1 to 1.5 hours, with a SWAP system for battery exchange.
- 100 kg Platform Rating: The mobile platform is rated for 100 kg with the manipulator fitted, a figure separate from the arm's 12 kg.
This model is offered on a quotation basis. Configuration, accessories, integration scope and delivery schedule all change the final figure, so pricing is confirmed per project rather than listed.

Frequently Asked Questions
It is offered by quotation — configuration, quantity and delivery are confirmed per project.
Both are 12 kg models on a 700 x 950 x 810 mm mobile platform with the same charge time. The 12-3F has a Techman TM12 arm reaching 1,300 mm and a three-finger Allegro Hand V5 option. The 12-4F has a Neuromeka Nuri12 arm reaching 1,434 mm and a four-finger Allegro Hand V5 Plus option.
Both use a Techman arm and offer the three-finger Allegro Hand V5. The 12-3F carries 12 kg rather than 5 kg, reaches 1,300 mm, sits on a lower and longer platform and charges in about 1 to 1.5 hours rather than about 2 to 2.5 hours.
The TM12 arm is rated for 12 kg, the most it can handle. The 100 kg figure is the mobile platform's rating with the manipulator fitted, so it is neither the arm's lifting capacity nor extra capacity on top. Usable cargo for fixtures or workpieces is confirmed at quote.
No. The 700 x 950 x 810 mm dimensions apply to the mobile platform only, and the robot with the TM12 mounted is larger. Overall dimensions are confirmed at quote for clearance and layout planning.
The end effector is optional. The Allegro Hand V5 with a pressure sensor is the option for this model, and it weighs 1,050 g, which counts against the arm's 12 kg rating. Your end effector is agreed with the quotation.
