- One-handed upgrade A single dexterous hand for the Unitree G1, ideal for a dexterous-plus-standard hand setup or incremental upgrades.
- Five-finger dexterity Human-like five-finger design supporting richer grasp forms and contact patterns than a simple gripper.
- 6 DoF, 12 joints Six degrees of freedom across twelve joints for varied grasp poses and manipulation tasks.
- Precise, repeatable grasping ±0.20 mm repeat positioning accuracy with 0.50 N gripping-force resolution for controlled handling.
- Handedness selectable Ordered as right- or left-handed (G1-DEX-RH-LH) since thumb opposition and mounting are mirrored.
- Built for G1 research Designed for embodied-AI and manipulation experiments on the Unitree G1 development platform.
Description
The Unitree G1 Third-Party Dexterity (G1-DEX-RH-LH) is a one-handed, five-finger dexterous hand for the Unitree G1 humanoid platform. Supplied as a single hand rather than a pair, it lets teams add human-like grasping to one arm while keeping the other side simple, and it must be ordered in the correct handedness (right or left) because the finger kinematics and mounting orientation are mirrored between sides.
The hand provides 6 degrees of freedom across 12 joints with ±0.20 mm repeat positioning accuracy, a thumb gripping force of up to 6 N and a four-finger gripping force of up to 4 N at 0.50 N resolution. Tuned for controlled, repeatable manipulation of small to medium objects such as tools, handles and test components, it suits embodied-AI and dexterous-manipulation research on the G1 rather than heavy lifting. Supplied with the manufacturer's warranty.
