Description
This is the smart battery for the Unitree H2, the 182 cm full-size humanoid: a quick-release pack of 15 Ah and 0.972 kWh, rated 64.8 V with a 75.6 V charge limit. It slides into the battery slot in the side of the robot, carries its own handle and latch, and runs the H2 for about 3 hours. Fast walking, carried loads, bent-leg standing and slopes shorten that.
Each H2 comes with one battery. A second one is what turns a 3-hour session into a working day: the H2 charger refills a pack in about 2 hours 40 minutes, so two packs can alternate, one in the robot and one on charge. The change is made with the robot suspended on its protective stand and powered down, and the pack is always charged outside the robot.
The pack manages itself. Its battery management system balances the cells and protects against overcharge, over-discharge, short circuit, charging over-current and charging below 0 °C or above 50 °C; four LEDs show the charge level and any fault. It switches on only when it is seated in the robot, and a new pack leaves the factory in shipping mode, activated by its first charge.
It fits the biped H2 range: the H2, H2 EDU and H2 Plus all use this 15 Ah quick-release pack. It is not the battery for the wheeled H2-D, which runs on its own 48 V base batteries, and fitment on the H2-A upper-body versions is confirmed at quote. Pack weight and cycle life are confirmed at quote too.

About 3 hours. Fast walking, carried loads, standing with bent legs and slopes all shorten it. A usable capacity 5 to 10 % below the rated figure is normal, because the battery management system keeps some energy in reserve.
No. Suspend the robot on its protective stand, put it into damping mode and power it down, then pull the battery strap outward to release the pack. The battery is charged outside the robot.
With the H2 battery charger, which refills it in about 2 hours 40 minutes at room temperature. Charge it switched off and out of the robot, and let a warm pack cool down first; it will not charge below 0 °C or above 50 °C.
New packs arrive in shipping mode. Connect the pack to its charger and the charger to mains power once, and it activates. The pack also only powers on when it is seated in the robot.
