Description
The SIASUN QD450E is an autonomous industrial floor scrubber and sweeper purpose-built for factory and warehouse cleaning. At its core is industrial-grade SLAM localization developed in-house by SIASUN Dianshi Technology, giving the robot high positioning accuracy, robust performance in busy industrial spaces, and rapid deployment without lengthy setup work. A combined side-brush and disc-brush cleaning module is optimized specifically for stain removal in industrial environments, while the 485 mm cleaning width and a maximum throughput of 1500 m²/h allow the compact 825 × 640 × 1114 mm chassis to cover substantial floor areas on every run. A 58-litre clean water tank and 46-litre recovery tank support sustained scrubbing sessions.
The QD450E is designed for modern smart factories, warehouses, and production logistics environments where floors must be kept clean without disrupting daily operations. A multi-layer safety system combining laser and vision sensing, a contact bumper, and anti-fall protection allows the robot to work autonomously around people and equipment. Support for multiple modular add-ons lets the platform take on additional capabilities over time, maximizing the return on your investment. The QD450E is supplied on a quotation basis, with availability, final configuration, and integration requirements confirmed against your site before ordering.
