- Forearm Pronation and Supination Trains rotation of the forearm, the movement behind turning a key, a handle or a screwdriver and one of the first to be lost after distal upper-limb injury.
- Ulnar and Radial Deviation Addresses side-to-side wrist movement, letting a therapist target that axis directly rather than as a by-product of general hand exercise.
- Wrist Flexion and Extension Covers the primary wrist bending range, the axis most often restricted after immobilisation or neurological injury.
- Accessory-Based ADL Activities Accessories extend training into activities of daily living, carrying isolated joint range back into the everyday tasks the patient actually needs.
- Focused Single-Joint Scope A dedicated wrist and forearm device rather than a whole-arm platform, so sessions concentrate on the distal restriction that limits hand function.
- Clinical Configuration at Quotation Configuration, accessories, software and regional compliance requirements are confirmed during quotation for each clinical deployment.
Description
The Fourier WristMotus is wrist joint rehabilitation equipment with a deliberately narrow scope: forearm pronation and supination, ulnar and radial deviation, wrist flexion and extension, plus accessory-based activities of daily living.
Those three movement pairs are the wrist and forearm's functional range, and they are usually the bottleneck after a distal upper-limb injury or a neurological event — a patient can have usable shoulder and elbow movement and still be unable to turn a key or hold a cup level. Training each axis separately lets a therapist target the specific restriction, while the accessory-based ADL activities move that isolated range back into everyday tasks.
WristMotus is part of the Fourier Rehab range and is intended for professional environments — hospitals, rehabilitation centres, clinical research, occupational therapy, neurorehabilitation and orthopaedic rehabilitation programmes. It is a quote-only medical rehabilitation product: configuration, accessories, software and regional compliance requirements are confirmed during quotation. Units are sourced new through established distribution channels with the full manufacturer warranty, Robotix Market ships worldwide, and after-sales support is coordinated with Fourier's service network. On-site installation and commissioning are not included.

Frequently Asked Questions
It is wrist joint rehabilitation equipment used to train forearm pronation and supination, ulnar and radial deviation and wrist flexion and extension, with accessory-based activities of daily living to carry that range into functional tasks.
Three movement pairs covering the wrist and forearm's functional range: pronation and supination of the forearm, ulnar and radial deviation, and wrist flexion and extension.
Accessories extend the device beyond isolated joint movement into activities of daily living, so training progresses from single-axis range work towards the everyday tasks the patient needs. The accessory set supplied is confirmed at quotation.
WristMotus is offered as a quote-only product with no published price. Pricing, configuration, accessories, integration, warranty scope and delivery schedule are confirmed during quotation.
