- Working Heights up to 200 m A fully automatic cleaning robot for high-rise and ultra-high-rise buildings, operating unmanned at altitude while the team controls it from ground level.
- 350 m²/h on a 1,000 mm Cleaning Path Cleans at 350 square metres per hour or better, with a 1,000-millimetre cleaning path advancing at up to 0.2 metres per second across glass, metal and stone curtain walls.
- AI Vision Planning and Cleanliness Check The AI vision system plans the cleaning path across the facade and then assesses surface cleanliness afterwards, re-cleaning locally wherever the result falls short — the robot closes its own quality loop.
- 400 mm Obstacle Crossing, 0 to 90 Degrees Crosses facade decorations and projections up to 400 millimetres high and holds any slope from vertical to horizontal, so flat and large-curved surfaces are both within the working envelope.
- Redundant Safety System A redundant safety system backs every high-altitude function, which is the precondition for running an unmanned machine on a 200-metre facade.
- Wastewater Recovery and Ground-Level Utilities An integrated wastewater recovery unit captures the run-off so a clean facade no longer means a dirty street below. The whole system weighs no more than 80 kg and runs on 220 V with a surface-level water supply.
Description
The window washer dangling against a glass tower is the most photographed dangerous job in the world — and one of the last still done the hard way. The BMR MQ200 Facade Cleaning Robot from BrightMaster Robotics is built to retire it. A fully automatic cleaning robot for high-rise and ultra-high-rise buildings, it works on a simple division of labour: people control from the ground, the machine operates at altitude, and AI checks the result.
At working heights up to 200 metres the MQ200 cleans flat and large-curved glass, metal and stone curtain walls at 350 square metres per hour or better — a 1,000-millimetre cleaning path advancing at up to 0.2 metres per second. It crosses facade decorations and projections up to 400 millimetres high and holds any slope from vertical to horizontal, 0 to 90 degrees.
What separates the MQ200 from simpler washing rigs is that it closes its own quality loop. An AI vision system first reads the facade and plans the cleaning path across it, then assesses surface cleanliness afterwards and re-cleans locally where the result falls short. A redundant safety system backs every high-altitude function, and an integrated wastewater recovery unit captures the run-off, so a clean facade no longer means a dirty street below. The whole system weighs no more than 80 kilograms and runs on 220 volts with a surface-level water supply.
A curtain wall is never cleaned; it is always being cleaned. Dust, rain streaking, traffic film and salt begin recolonising the glass the day the cradle goes up, which is why facade cleaning is less a project than a permanent operating cost — one paid in rope-access day rates, building maintenance unit slots, weather windows and, above all, risk. The MQ200 turns that recurring cost into a machine process: unmanned at height, standardised in method, documented in result, and repeatable on whatever cleaning frequency the building actually needs rather than the one the access budget allows.
The MQ200 is a quote-only item, available internationally. Units are sourced new through established distribution channels and carry the full manufacturer warranty. Robotix Market ships worldwide, and after-sales support is coordinated with BrightMaster Robotics' service network. On-site installation and commissioning are not included. Delivery and customs clearance are arranged for the destination market.

Frequently Asked Questions
It is a fully automatic robot for cleaning the curtain walls of high-rise and ultra-high-rise buildings. It handles flat and large-curved glass, metal and stone facades unmanned at height while the team controls it from the ground.
It works at heights up to 200 metres and cleans at 350 square metres per hour or better, using a 1,000-millimetre cleaning path advancing at up to 0.2 metres per second. It crosses facade projections up to 400 millimetres and works at any slope from vertical to horizontal, 0 to 90 degrees.
An integrated wastewater recovery unit captures the run-off, so the street below stays clean. Quality is closed-loop: the AI vision system plans the cleaning path, then assesses surface cleanliness after the pass and re-cleans locally where the result falls short.
