- Automatic Placing and Leveling Realises concrete placing and leveling automatically in one operation instead of running them as two separately manned steps behind each other.
- Follow-up Operation The pump follows the pour as it progresses, keeping the placing point with the work rather than requiring the concrete to be moved to it.
- Four Working Modes Four selectable working modes let the machine be matched to the pour and slab type rather than forcing one fixed placing behaviour.
- Manufacturer-Stated 28% Cost Reduction BrightMaster states a 28% cost reduction against conventional placing — a manufacturer figure to validate against your own placing rates.
- Manufacturer-Stated 3x Durability BrightMaster claims three times the durability, which on concrete plant is largely a question of wear life under abrasive pumping duty.
- Large-Area Pours Built for commercial and industrial projects and large-area construction workflows where placing consistency across a big slab is what determines the finish.
Description
The BMR Intelligent Follow-up Concrete Placing Pump is concrete plant rather than a mobile robot — a placing pump that moves the pour where it is needed and follows the work as it progresses. BrightMaster Robotics builds automation into that process: the machine realises automatic concrete placing and leveling in one pass, so the placing and the initial levelling are not two separately manned operations.
Combining placing with leveling is the point of the design. On a conventional slab pour, concrete is placed by one crew and levelled by another working behind it, and the quality of the finish depends on how well the two keep pace. Automating both in a follow-up machine takes that coordination problem out of the equation and makes the result of a large pour more consistent across the slab.
BrightMaster states a 28% cost reduction and three times the durability for the machine, and specifies four working modes so the pump can be matched to the pour rather than the pour to the pump. Those are manufacturer figures — worth confirming against your own placing rates and slab types at quote.
It is aimed at commercial and industrial building projects and large-area construction workflows where repeatability, efficiency and worker safety matter — exactly the conditions where large-volume concrete placing consumes labour. Every unit is sourced new through established distribution channels and arrives with the full manufacturer warranty. Robotix Market ships worldwide; after-sales support is coordinated with the manufacturer's service network, and no on-site installation or commissioning is included.

Frequently Asked Questions
It places and levels concrete automatically on construction sites, following the pour as it progresses. It is used on commercial and industrial building projects and large-area slab work where placing volume and finish consistency matter.
It is a construction machine — a concrete placing pump — rather than a mobile robot. The intelligence is in the automated placing and levelling process and the follow-up operation, not in a self-driving chassis.
Those are BrightMaster's own stated figures for the machine, not independently measured results, and they are quoted here as the manufacturer states them. Validate them against your own placing rates and slab types before specifying.
