- Latex Paint and Wall Putty in One Machine Specified for both latex paint and wall putty, covering two passes that are normally split between separate trades and separate equipment.
- Plastering and Finishing Handles the putty or plastering pass as well as the finish coat, so the base layer and the top coat are applied to the same controlled pattern.
- Uniform Coating Uniform coverage is BMR's stated aim for the machine — important on putty in particular, because an uneven base layer telegraphs straight through the paint that follows.
- Construction Speed Faster wall coating is the other stated objective. With a manual crew, speed and finish quality trade against each other; automating the application is what removes that trade-off.
- Automated Wall Coating Built for automated application across wall areas rather than detail touch-up, which is where the volume and the labour cost sit on a building project.
- Commercial and Industrial Projects Positioned for construction robotics and jobsite automation on large-area workflows where repeatability, efficiency and worker safety decide the method.
Description
The BMR Intelligent Coating Robot is a latex paint and wall putty spraying robot, covering wall coating, plastering and finishing in one machine. That combination is the point of it: putty and paint are usually two separate trades with two sets of equipment, and this robot is specified for both.
Wall putty is the layer that decides how the finish looks. Applied unevenly it telegraphs straight through the paint, so the plastering pass and the coating pass have to agree with each other. A single machine applying both to the same controlled pattern removes the handover between trades where that agreement usually breaks down.
BMR's stated aims for it are construction speed and uniform coating. Those two normally pull against each other with a manual crew — push the rate and the finish suffers — which is precisely the trade-off an automated applicator is meant to remove.
It is positioned for construction robotics and jobsite automation on commercial and industrial building projects, and for large-area workflows where repeatability, efficiency and worker safety are what decide the method. Spray rate, reach, material handling and power requirement are not published and should be confirmed at quote.
The BMR Intelligent Coating Robot is supplied new through established distribution channels and arrives with the full manufacturer warranty. Robotix Market ships worldwide, and after-sales support is coordinated with BrightMaster Robotics' service network. On-site installation and commissioning are not included. Frequently Asked Questions
It is a spraying robot for latex paint and wall putty, used for automated wall coating, plastering and finishing on construction projects. It covers both the base putty layer and the finish coat rather than paint alone.
Yes, BMR specifies it for latex paint and wall putty. That is the machine's main distinction: the plastering pass and the coating pass are applied by the same equipment to the same controlled pattern, removing the trade handover where finish defects usually originate.
It is a quote-only product with no published price. Pricing depends on configuration, destination and lead time, so request a quote through this page and we will confirm a current figure for your project.
The NP320 and NP320 Pro are indoor coating robots described around emulsion and latex paint application. The Intelligent Coating Robot is specified for wall putty as well as latex paint, so it covers plastering and finishing rather than painting alone. Tell us which passes you need to automate and we will confirm which machine suits.
