- Laser-Guided Levelling The machine levels to a laser reference rather than to screed rails or an operator's eye, which is what keeps the finished level consistent across the whole floor.
- Built for Dry-Mix Mortar Specified for dry-mix mortar floor screeds, the semi-dry material used for most commercial and residential floor build-ups.
- Stable Accuracy BMR's claim for the machine is stable accuracy — a tolerance that holds at the end of a shift as well as at the start, which manual screeding rarely achieves.
- Reduced Labour Cost Automating the levelling pass removes the most labour-intensive part of screeding, which is the commercial argument BMR makes for the machine.
- Automatic Operation The robot runs the levelling pass automatically, so the crew moves from performing the work to feeding and supervising it.
- Critical-Path Task Screeding blocks every trade that follows it in the room. Getting it down faster and level first time pulls the whole finishing sequence forward, not just the screeding line.
Description
The BMR Floor Screeding Robot automates laser-guided levelling of dry-mix mortar floors. Screeding is one of the few construction tasks where the finished tolerance is set almost entirely by how steadily the levelling pass is held — and holding a level by hand across a whole floor is where manual screeding gets expensive.
Laser guidance is what replaces that human judgement. The machine works to a laser reference rather than to a screed rail or an operator's eye, which is why BMR describes the result as stable accuracy across the floor rather than accuracy that drifts as a crew tires through a shift.
The commercial case BMR makes for it is efficiency and reduced labour cost. Dry-mix mortar screeding is heavy, repetitive, floor-level work, and it is usually on the critical path: nothing else in the room can proceed until the screed is down and level. Speeding that step up while keeping the tolerance consistent is worth more than the hours saved on the screeding line alone.
It is positioned for construction robotics and jobsite automation on commercial and industrial building projects, and for large-area workflows where repeatability, efficiency and worker safety matter. Screed thickness range, working width, mortar handling and power requirement are not published and should be confirmed at quote.
The BMR Floor Screeding Robot is supplied new through established distribution channels and arrives with the full manufacturer warranty. Robotix Market ships worldwide, and after-sales support is coordinated with BrightMaster Robotics' service network. On-site installation and commissioning are not included. Frequently Asked Questions
It automates the levelling of dry-mix mortar floor screeds on construction sites. Instead of a crew levelling by hand or to rails, the robot levels to a laser reference, which is how it keeps the finished floor consistent across a large area.
By laser guidance. The machine works to a laser reference rather than to an operator's judgement, which BMR describes as delivering stable accuracy across the floor.
