- Laser-Guided Screed Reference A high-precision laser reference — Topcon or MOBA depending on the variant — replaces screed rails and eyesight, giving the machine a plane projected across the whole slab to correct against.
- Real-Time Height, Vibration and Speed Control Screed height, vibration frequency and travel speed are adjusted automatically in real time against the laser reference rather than set once and held.
- Dual-Degree-of-Freedom Adaptive System BMR's independently developed two-degree-of-freedom adaptive system with intelligent motion-control algorithms holds the screed head true even as the chassis rides the uneven, reinforcement-strewn surface of a live pour.
- Two Working Widths, Four Models The 1.5 m 15SY and 15MY weigh 175 kg and level 30 to 150 mm at 160 m²/h or more; the 2.5 m 25SY and 25MY weigh 350 kg and level 30 to 250 mm at 300 m²/h or more.
- Full Cycle Before Initial Set Slurry lifting, surface finishing and elevation control are all completed before the concrete's initial set, to millimetre-level flatness with reduced surface cracking and a dense, uniform finish.
- Battery-Electric and Remote-Controlled All four models are remote-controlled and battery-electric — no engine exhaust on enclosed decks and quiet enough for night pours in occupied districts.
Description
Every concrete pour is a race, and the finish line is the initial set. Between the moment the mix hits the deck and the moment it stops being workable, a slab crew has to strike it to level, lift the slurry, close the surface and hold the elevation — across hundreds or thousands of square metres, with the concrete stiffening under them by the minute. The BMR Concrete Leveling Robot from BrightMaster Robotics runs that race on wheels and lasers, replacing traditional manual screeding on large-scale flooring projects.
Guided by a high-precision laser reference — Topcon or MOBA systems depending on the variant — the robot automatically adjusts screed height, vibration frequency and travel speed in real time, performing slurry lifting, surface finishing and elevation control before the concrete's initial set. The target is millimetre-level flatness held across a full pour, which manual methods cannot reliably sustain.
The family spans two working widths and four models. The 1.5-metre 15SY and 15MY are 175-kilogram machines levelling 30 to 150 millimetres at 160 square metres per hour or more; the 2.5-metre 25SY and 25MY are 350-kilogram machines levelling 30 to 250 millimetres at 300 square metres per hour or more. All four are remote-controlled and battery-electric, quiet enough for night pours in occupied districts.
Flatness is money: warehouse racking, forklift speeds, machine foundations, crack behaviour and floor-covering budgets all trace back to how the slab was levelled in its first workable hour. Rather than following screed rails and eyesight, the machine corrects its screed head continuously against a laser plane projected across the whole slab, and BMR's independently developed dual-degree-of-freedom adaptive system with intelligent motion-control algorithms keeps that head true even as the chassis rides the uneven, reinforcement-strewn surface of a live pour. The result is repeatable, industrial-grade flatness with reduced surface cracking and a dense, uniform finish.

Frequently Asked Questions
It is a laser-guided robotic screed that replaces traditional manual screeding on large-scale flooring projects. It performs slurry lifting, surface finishing and elevation control before the concrete's initial set, holding millimetre-level flatness across a full pour.
The 1.5-metre 15SY and 15MY weigh 175 kg and level 30 to 150 mm at 160 m²/h or more. The 2.5-metre 25SY and 25MY weigh 350 kg and level 30 to 250 mm at 300 m²/h or more. Wider is faster on open pours; the narrower machines are easier to handle where access is restricted.
It follows a high-precision laser plane projected across the slab — Topcon or MOBA systems by variant — adjusting screed height, vibration frequency and travel speed in real time. An independently developed dual-degree-of-freedom adaptive system with intelligent motion-control algorithms keeps the head true while the chassis rides the uneven, reinforcement-strewn surface of a live pour.
