- Automated Troweling and Smoothing Smoothing, troweling and surface finishing of concrete floors are performed by the machine rather than by hand, turning the finishing pass into a controlled, repeatable operation.
- Consistent Surface Across the Pour Machine-controlled finishing targets the consistency manual work struggles to hold — the same treatment at the far end of a large floor as at the point where the crew started.
- Built for Large-Area Floors BMR positions the robot for large-area construction workflows, where the same finishing pass has to be repeated across a single continuous slab.
- Efficiency on Commercial and Industrial Projects Automating the finishing stage is aimed at the efficiency of the concrete workflow on commercial and industrial building projects, where floor finishing sits directly on the critical path.
- Fewer Workers on Fresh Concrete Worker safety is one of the stated reasons this stage is automated: the robot does the work that otherwise keeps a crew kneeling and walking on freshly placed concrete.
- Part of the BMR Construction Robotics Line The robot belongs to BrightMaster Robotics' construction range, which also covers concrete levelling, floor screeding, concrete placing, measuring, coating and grinding — so adjacent stages can be automated with equipment from one source.
Description
The BMR Concrete Finishing Robot automates the smoothing, troweling and surface finishing of concrete floors. Instead of a crew working the slab by hand, the finishing pass is carried out as a machine process, so the closed, uniform surface is the product of a repeatable operation rather than of operator technique and stamina.
BrightMaster Robotics (BMR) positions the machine for construction robotics and jobsite automation on commercial and industrial building projects — in particular large-area construction workflows where repeatability, efficiency and worker safety are the deciding factors. On a floor of that size, the point of automating the finishing stage is that the last square metre is treated exactly like the first.
It sits within BMR's wider construction robotics line, alongside the company's concrete levelling, floor screeding, concrete placing, measuring, coating and grinding machines — so a contractor automating one stage of the slab process can extend the same approach to the stages on either side of it.

Frequently Asked Questions
It automates the smoothing, troweling and surface finishing of concrete floors. It is used for construction robotics and jobsite automation on commercial and industrial building projects, particularly large-area floors where the same finishing pass has to be repeated consistently.
BMR positions the machine for large-area workflows where repeatability, efficiency and worker safety are the deciding factors. A machine-controlled pass treats the whole floor the same way and reduces the time a crew spends working on freshly placed concrete.
The manufacturer listing does not publish those figures, so we do not quote them here. Working width, working efficiency, machine weight and power source are confirmed at quote along with the configuration for your project.
The BMR Concrete Finishing Robot is priced at CHF 64,600 in your market. For volume or project orders, contact us for a business quote.
